I want you to get the care you deserve.

Zeta Lee, MA, MDiv, CCC
Canadian Certified Counsellor

Zeta is dedicated to helping people find new hope and make meaningful changes in their lives. He is known for genuine care and compassion for his clients. His sincere compassion and thoughtfulness toward clients allow him to guide them through challenges to help bring them to a deeper understanding of themselves while equipping them with tools they can use on their own. He understands that the counselling process can be difficult and therefore is patient and gentle with his clients through the ups and downs of counselling, guiding them to a place of healing.

Zeta uses an integrative approach which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). For couples, he primarily works with a Gottman-based approach. He uses methods proven by research to strive for good results early on in treatment. He starts with shorter-term strategies for more immediate effectiveness, as well as working through the past if clients desire so that they can also see long-lasting results. He is also fully bilingual in English and Korean. He writes bi-weekly columns on marriage and relationships in three Christian newspapers (Vancouver Korean Christian Times, Toronto Korean Christian Times, and Albert Journal/This Time). He also speaks about marriage at various seminars and conferences.
